Our lab focuses on targeted protein analysis for hypothesis testing and validation purposes. The mass spectrometric method involves peptide-centric protein quantification. The liquid chromatography – triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (LC QQQ MS) offers a robust and reliable measurement. The approach is applicable to a wide range of samples, including purified protein, cell lysates, biological and nutritional samples.
