Biomarkers are the measurable indicator of normal or abnormal biological conditions. The applications of biomarkers rely on their clinical use for the diagnosis and treatment of a disease. Our lab engages in biomarker development for clinical applications by utilising untargeted and targeted proteomics approaches. We assess biomarker performances by using analytical validation methods.
